- Firm tofu, cubed
- Cooked brown rice
- Mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- Soy sauce or tamari
- Garlic and ginger, minced
- Green onions, sliced
- Sesame oil
Instructions:
- In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger.
- Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix well and heat through.
