Tofu Fried Rice

A plant-based, high-protein meal that’s quick to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • Firm tofu, cubed
  • Cooked brown rice
  • Mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • Soy sauce or tamari
  • Garlic and ginger, minced
  • Green onions, sliced
  • Sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger.
  2. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix well and heat through.
  5. Garnish with green onions before serving.
